Group Therapy Opportunities

The first group that I am offering is an ADHD Support & Process Group for teenagers, between the ages of 13 - 17 and is led by me, a therapist who is also an ADHDer!.

This will be a space for ADHDers to discuss their experiences navigating the diagnosis. We will tell our stories, process our experiences, and support each other each week. The group together will create guidelines and goals, based on our collective values. I will help guide the group in discussing issues that young ADHDers can experience. You are not alone if you are struggling with your symptoms right now!

Group therapy with me is about expressing your story in your own words and connecting with a community of individuals.

This group will be no more than 8 clients, so reach out soon to get a spot!

This group will meet at the following dates from 4:00 - 5:00 pm at Neurobloom Center at 1414 Meador Ave Suite H104 in Bellingham on the following dates:

10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 12/2, 12/9, & 12/16

Cost: $25 / 60 minutes (per person)

Payment is due following each session
